	At first, I was skeptical about selling my Town Home online. However, Keith Gordon, co-founder of Altru Realty, assured me that I could save thousands by using their (unconventional) company model. Altru's professional staff of brokers, realtors, and contract negotiators guided me through the whole process. They helped me determine the best listing price that would get me what I wanted, as well as attracting the maximum number of buyers. They had their own professional photographer (MoveinVT.com) do a photo shoot, which included magazine quality still shots, as well as a Videography 3-D Interactive Tour, to include in the Multiple Listing. To my surprise, they scheduled and showed my home to six buyers within the first week, after listing. Within that first week, I had multiple offers, and I closed on the sale of my home for $2,000 more than listed, just two weeks after it was put on the market! A big thanks to Renee for driving the price upward, during negotiations. Not only that, I saved thousands in commissions. WOW! I've never had such an easy and positive experience selling a home, as I have had with Altru Realty and its staff of professionals. Thank you so much Lynn, Marci, Renee, and Keith. 	If youre selling your home, its a no brainer to choose Altru RealtyNew Frontier Title. The entire staff will insure your transaction is handled in a competent, professional manner. You will always be kept advised on whats going on what you need to do. Dont fall for the spiel of a local agent that promises results for 6% because they are local. All home buyers are now local do most of their looking on the many internet sites featuring homes for sale. There is no logical reason to pay such a hefty commission. This is all true.
