	I recently sold my house with ALTRU Realty. This is my third experience selling a home, but it was by far the most enjoyable. My first contact was with Keith whose knowledge and passion for client success was very apparent. Then it was on to the ladies of ALTRU. Lynn Simonton the Client Success Manager was simply amazing. I felt like I was communicating with an old friend. Having to sell my home was unexpected and stressful but Lynn always provided outstanding service. She was able to articulate the beauty of my home that left me speechless, she is a true professional. Renee Golda-Widman, Consulting Broker and in my opinion the queen of negotiations, then called and introduced herself. Wow, this lady is second to none. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and attention to detail. Marci Kunzig the Certified Transaction Coordinator then completed the final piece. Marci advised me as to what was needed for the final walk through among other things, and we were able to successfully close the deal. My home was sold in a very short amount of time because I had a winning team working with me.
