Keith graduated from FSU with a degree Hotel & Restaurant Management in 1980. After starting a designer clothing store for men in St. Petersburg known for quality and favored by fashion-forward customers, Keith moved into the construction business in 1983, building about 20 custom homes in beautiful Tierra Verde, Florida. It was that experience that enabled him to make key observations about the real estate industry and patterns that others have not had the opportunity to learn.

Licensed in Florida since 1984, Colorado since 2011, and most recently licensed in North Carolina, Keith brings 38 years of real estate and construction knowledge to Altru Realty, specializing in negotiations, market psychology and contract construction.
